At this time of the year, we all love to rearrange our bedroom for summer time.I certainly do! So many inspirational and gorgeous bedrooms to find on the websites of interior designers. You needn’t redo the entire bedroom, changing some decorative items as a bedlamp, a bedside tabe or new bed linen will do!
At the end of this post I share with you some of my favorite addresses for beautiful bed linen.

As I did. The last 2 pictures here below are from my own bedroom. I painted the walls in a tone of orange .

When I wake up, the atmosphere the bedroom is given by this color, brings me in a bright and sunny mood! I always feel ready to challenge the day!
In the morning, at noon, in the evening…the bedroom never has the same look. A different atmosphere at almost every other hour of the day!

I love, love, love these bedroooms! Our bedroom is the most neutral room we have in our home aside from a tapestry above our bed. I like things calm and quiet and there's nothing like fresh white linens sheets for sleeping on. Beautiful post Greet and thank you for sharing your sources.

What a fantastic selection, Greet! I couldn't tell you which one is my favourite because I love all of them! Love the monogrammed linen, and the toile de jouy, and the lamps, the window treatments and the furniture... and what I can't take my eyes away from is that stunning headboard in the Isabeau Grey photograph. It is impressive but as the rest of the room is quite simple it looks perfect!

ReplyDeleteDit staat ook nog op mijn to do lijstje de slaapkamer renoveren. Ik ben nog altijd op zoek naar een kast om die lelijke tv in weg te werken! Gelukkig weet ik hoe ik mijn slaapkamer wil inrichten maar er aan beginnen je moet dan ook in die rommel slapen ;-))

I purchased the beautiful monogrammed bed cover and pillows from Natalie also, they are waiting to be put to use, but with the warm weather we are having here in Belgium, I do not think that the wait will be too long. I love the colour you painted your own bedroom, inspired by Axel Vervoordt, such a wonderfully warm colour. Speaking of Axel, I am trying to track down a book by Axel and May and I wonder if you have any idea where I might find it? It is entitled At Home with May and Axel Vervoordt. Beautiful Greet! As pretty as a summer breeze....nothing like white or natural colored linens on a bed. That is my favorite look...in the softest cotton imaginable. Love it! Thanks for showing so many beautiful and inspirational examples.

More than inspired, I am ready to jump in many of those beds. I love the colours in your bedroom, I also had a red bedroom (very similra hue) and people kept saying "how can you sleep with a vibrant red"...but I found it very relaxing at night and energizing in the morning. I am now going to Pin some images on my Pinterest board.
